Tee hee, I was responding to what I now know was a typo, but it’s still pertinent. I’ve heard from other people too – blogs are too much “work” – twitter so much easier, and pithy!
There’s room for everything. I’m feeling a disconcerting (for me, the cutting edge girl) urge to revisit the old school arts – writing on paper, reading from paper, talking in person… hell, talking on the ~phone~ feels old school these days.
I’ve got lots of information but am starting to miss that thing I get from reading blogs like yours – a feeling of connection, a realization that there’s a person on the other end of it who is bleeding out those words.
And yes, there are ways to arrange how you read blogs – subscribe to them, or rss them. I like finding them through random wandering (like I used to do in the stacks of the library – just wander aimlessly and find wonders). Once you find it, email subscribe.
